1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using PrepRyt (the “Service”, operated by PrepRyt Labs Pvt. Ltd.), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

PrepRyt is built for students preparing for entrance exams such as JEE and NEET, most of whom are minors. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. Mentor and admin accounts require you to be at least 18.

3. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You can change your password at any time from Settings.
• PrepRyt currently enforces a single active login session per account — signing in on a new device signs you out of any other device.
• You agree to provide accurate information (your real name, a phone number or email you control) when registering.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your login with others, or use another student's account to take mock tests on their behalf.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute PrepRyt's question bank, PYQ compilations, or explanations outside the app.
• Attempt to bypass mock test timing, scoring, or the live-window rules that govern when a paper is attemptable.
• Use the Service to harass, impersonate, or upload content that infringes anyone else's rights.

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, using the same account-status controls our admin team uses for support and security.

5. Content & ownership

Questions, explanations, and compiled PYQ material on PrepRyt are owned by PrepRyt Labs Pvt. Ltd. or licensed to us; you may use them for your own exam preparation but not redistribute them commercially. Your own study data (answers, bookmarks, notes) remains yours — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

6. Predicted rank, mastery %, and other estimates

Features like predicted rank and mastery percentages are unofficial estimates computed from your real attempt history and, where available, third-party marks-to-percentile compilations for past exam years. They are study aids, not a guarantee of your actual exam outcome, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by NTA or any exam-conducting body.

7. Free access & premium features

PrepRyt is currently free for all invited students. Certain features (for example, AI Tutor and Doubt Solver) are marked as premium and may be gated behind a paid plan once payments launch; during this testing phase, premium access may be granted manually by an administrator. No payment is currently collected through the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any estimate (predicted rank, mastery %, etc.) will match your actual result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepRyt Labs Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any estimate or prediction it shows you.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are compromised, fraudulent, or abusive.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service changes (for example, when real payments launch). We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
